The adult summer reading challenge is a two month, self-directed reading opportunity for adults to venture outside their comfort zone. Use the challenge squares and shake up your reading routine to discover new genres or authors. And there's a prize too, a one year membership to the Metropolitan Museum of Art, funded by the Friends of the Greenburgh Library.
Each challenge square represents a different category chosen by the Greenburgh Public Library staff. Participants will record each title read in the the appropriate square, starting June 15th and ending August 15, 2023. Book titles can be used only once per entry form.
How do I get an entry for the challenge?
You can download a copy here or pick one up at the library. Una versión en español está disponible aquí. Print entry forms will be available at the Information Desk in the lobby.
How do I find books for these categories?
Use the library's new catalog or check one of these book lists on the library's website.
How to Play:
Keep track of the books you read and write the title and author in the matching square
A title can only be used once on the entry form
