Whether you're tackling a tricky 1,000-piece landscape or a whimsical 300-piece design, puzzles offer a great way to boost your brainpower and unwind. They’re known to improve memory and concentration, sharpen problem-solving skills, and even reduce stress.
The best part? You don’t have to buy one! Borrow a jigsaw puzzle from Greenburgh Public Library or take a break right here in our lobby, where there's always a puzzle out for anyone to use, and start your puzzling adventure today!
Borrowing
- The puzzles are on the same shelf as patron holds.
- They circulate with a large 4-way rubber band for three weeks and are renewable by phone or in-person.
- Anyone can check out a puzzle (adult, teen, or child from any library!).
- We can't guarantee that all the pieces are there (but we'll do our best).
Missing Pieces
- Patrons will not be held responsible for missing pieces.
- There's a sticker on each box that the patron can use to let us know if pieces are missing.
Returns
- Return puzzles to the Circulation Desk.
- Do not return puzzles in the book drop.
Holds
- Puzzles are not holdable.
